We are delighted to welcome Tobias Blahak back to our company as Director Solution Management. After nine years of gaining valuable experience and developing both professionally and personally, he now returns to us in a key role.
Tobias Blahak brings an impressive profile from the automotive and software industries. During his previous time with us, he was responsible for demanding customer projects for Mercedes-Benz as a Product Manager, gaining in-depth experience in handling complex customer requirements and innovative product solutions.
He then consistently advanced his career by moving into the engineering field. There, his focus was particularly on the successful delivery of software projects as well as global customer support across various automotive domains. During this time, he further strengthened his expertise in bridging technology, processes, and customer needs. His work has always been characterized by a high level of quality, structure, and strategic foresight.
With his return, our company not only gains an experienced expert but, above all, a leader who combines innovation, customer focus, and strategic thinking. Tobias has a strong ability to connect technical excellence with business understanding and to develop sustainable solutions for our customers.
