Our telematics control units (TCUs) enable secure emergency functions, reliable over-the-air software updates and the integration of connected car services. Our telematics services ensure secure communication between vehicles, infrastructure and the cloud. TCUs are a central component of modern vehicle architectures and enable future-oriented mobility.
With our advanced cloud, we can efficiently store and process vehicle telematics data for our customers. Using the available vehicle data, we can use AI to recognise faults at an early stage and thus prevent breakdowns. In this way, we support our customers on the way to a digital twin of the vehicle.
Our Telematic Control Unit (TCU) is equipped with Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technology and enables efficient and reliable communication between vehicles, infrastructure and pedestrians. With modern V2X standards such as C-V2X (Cellular V2X), our TCU offers functions that can significantly improve safety, traffic flow and energy efficiency. Whether warnings of potential hazards such as suddenly braking vehicles or obstacles or integration into intelligent traffic networks – our solution creates the basis for connected mobility and future autonomous driving functions.
We offer a seamless exchange of data between vehicles, infrastructure components and cloud platforms. This supports numerous applications, such as telematics systems (TCU), navigation solutions and software updates. Telematics solutions offer the ability to monitor and analyse vehicle data in real time, enabling more precise diagnostics and more efficient maintenance processes. Navigation systems benefit from up-to-date traffic information and continuously updated maps provided via the cloud. Software updates can be carried out wirelessly (over-the-air) so that infotainment systems or navigation applications, for example, are always up to date – without the need for a visit to the workshop.
