Your tasks:

We are looking for an experienced team leader who can take on the following areas of responsibility:

You will lead and coordinate a team of 8 developers
You are specialised in providing technical support and expertise for the development of embedded software solutions in automotive electronics systems
Your ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures in the development process
Close cooperation with other areas such as hardware engineering, product management and quality assurance is an essential part of your job
You will identify and evaluate new technologies and trends in the field of vehicle software to promote innovative solutions
As a liaison to customers and OEMs, you will analyze requirements, provide technical advice and present solution concepts

Your profile:

We are looking for a manager with the following qualifications:

You have a degree in engineering, automotive engineering or a similar field
You have at least ten years of professional experience in the development of embedded software in the automotive sector, including several years of experience in team management
You have proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills
In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of the common programming languages and development tools for embedded systems
You have experience with various software development processes and methods, such as agile software development or the V-model, as well as a strong problem-solving ability and a high level of self-motivation
Your German and English skills are fluent both orally and in writing
