Development and implementation of a rudimentary cloud infrastructure that provides basic functions for validating and testing Telematics Control Units (TCU). The aim is to create a flexible platform that enables the functionality, communication and data evaluation of TCUs in a test environment.

Tasks:

Examination of the basic requirements for validation and testing of TCUs
Analysis of protocols, communication interfaces e.g. B. MQTT, HTTP/REST and Minimum Set of Data (MSD for eCall data)
Design a scalable and modular architecture for the rudimentary cloud
Development of basic back-end modules for communication with TCUs e.g. B. Receiving and processing data such as location or sensor information
Created a simple dashboard to visualize test and validation data
Simulation of TCU communication via common interfaces, e.g. B. CAN adapter, LTE modem
Testing and validating the developed cloud with simulated or real TCU data

Profile:

You have completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, technical computer science or a comparable field
You have in-depth knowledge of the programming languages Python, C/C++ and PHP. Initial practical experience in the application of these technologies is an advantage
You have a good understanding of the development and representation of entire system architectures. Experience in modeling with UML and in using corresponding tools is an advantage
You have knowledge of SQL and working with database systems (e.g. MariaDB or MySQL)
You have a basic understanding of installing and configuring Linux servers
You work independently and in a structured manner
You are interested in the development of cloud solutions and telematics systems
You are communicative and team-oriented
